Lead technical coordination for ONxpress Civils’ major rail and civil projects, connecting engineering, construction, quality, and project controls teams.
The Construction Technical Office Lead oversees technical support for complex infrastructure delivery. This leadership role coordinates multidisciplinary activities, resolves construction issues, and supports safe, efficient execution across planning, procurement, and construction. The position supports GO Expansion modernization work with Metrolinx.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Construction Technical Office team for major infrastructure projects
Coordinate engineering, construction, quality, commercial, and controls activities
Review work plans, staging plans, and technical work packages
Resolve technical issues and support risk mitigation planning




Mentor engineers, coordinators, and technical personnel
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related technical discipline
Seven to ten years’ heavy civil or infrastructure experience
Experience leading technical office or construction engineering functions
Understanding of sequencing, staging, temporary works, and constructability
Robust communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Apply technical leadership, construction engineering knowledge, and stakeholder coordination to modernize the GO Transit rail network.
