As Director of Care, you will lead long-term care operations and a high-performing care team. You will oversee resident assessments, personalized care planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the resident care team and foster collaboration
Oversee assessments and personalized resident care plans
Monitor healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation compliance

Manage nursing budgets, staffing, and variance analysis
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred
Unrestricted Registered Nurse registration with provincial licensing body
Five years nursing experience and two years leadership experience

Proficiency with electronic health records systems
