As Pharmacy Manager, you will guide service delivery across Sobeys Inc.’s Canadian pharmacy network and its banners. You will support patient-centered care, execute pharmacy programs, and maintain product availability. The position combines team leadership, regulatory compliance, business plan execution, and professional pharmacy practice.
Key Responsibilities: Coach staff and reinforce customer service standards daily
Execute pharmacy programs and product launches
Support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice
Manage hiring, onboarding, training,



and performance processes
Implement regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
Licensed pharmacist in valuable standing within the responsible province
Injection and First Aid certification
Minimum two years as a licensed pharmacist
Kroll software experience preferred
