Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management with Sea Mar Community Health Centers across Washington State. Collaborate within coordinated behavioral healthcare teams.
The Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner serves clients at outpatient Behavioral Health sites and medical clinics. This position delivers psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication follow-up, and emergency medication support. The Psychiatric ARNP consults with behavioral health staff and medical providers while documenting client contacts and treatment information. Counseling services are not provided by this position.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face psychiatric evaluations and determine psychiatric diagnoses
Review medications and assess prescribed medication effects
Consult with behavioral health and medical clinic providers




Provide phone medication reviews, refills, and physician consultations
Document evaluations, medication reviews, prescriptions, and consents
Requirements: Knowledge of age-appropriate patient care requirements
Understanding of growth and development across the lifespan
Ability to identify age-specific patient needs
Permanent confidentiality oath and required background checks
Compliance with Sea Mar and Washington Department of Health ethics
Apply psychiatric evaluation, medication review, consultation, and documentation expertise within Sea Mar’s comprehensive outpatient care network.
