As Regional Manager, National Supervision (West), you will lead compliance supervision and staff development. The position requires investment industry experience, regulatory understanding, and strong communication. You will support iA Private Wealth Compliance by guiding teams, strengthening processes, and aligning service delivery with advisor expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate direct reports and staff
Interview and hire new staff members
Provide regional and national compliance leadership
Write Branch Manager Supervision Team procedures




Enhance compliance and supervision system efficiency
Requirements: Seven or more years of relevant investment industry experience
Experience with a CIRO member firm or acceptable ICPM
Valid Canadian Securities Course certification and Branch Manager registration
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Understanding of regulations, risk management, and business objectives
Apply regulatory knowledge, coaching capability, and supervision leadership to support iA Private Wealth teams across the West.
