Lead Calgary security operations through scheduling, audits, and emergency planning while supporting guards and communicating with Skanna Management.
This full-time Team Leader oversees the Security Team and reports to Skanna Management and the client. The work includes performance evaluation, feedback, Health & Safety Audits, daily assignment checks, and emergency evacuation readiness. A valid Alberta Security Guard License and robust communication are required.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Security Team across assigned operations
Schedule security staff for required shifts
Evaluate employee performance and document feedback
Perform Health & Safety Audits and report issues
Check guards’ assignments and evacuation readiness daily
Requirements: Valid Alberta Security Guard License
College degree or higher qualification
Own vehicle and good driving abstract
Availability for nights, weekends, and all shifts
Excellent communication and demonstrated customer service experience
Support Calgary security teams through leadership, audits, scheduling, communication, and emergency evacuation preparedness for Skanna Management.
