As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will connect Product, Sales, and Customer Success across Helcim’s releases. You will translate complex product builds into merchant value through structured market insight, transparent messaging, and launch planning. The work spans ideation, go-to-market execution, and post-launch optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product releases
Define positioning, messaging, and merchant value narratives
Coordinate launch assets across customer and sales channels
Drive adoption through Pendo, lifecycle marketing, and onboarding
Conduct merchant interviews and analyze market feedback
Requirements: Eight-plus years in product marketing
Experience ideally in B2B technology or SaaS
Exceptional writing and editing across formats
Comfort with AI tools and automation
Startup or high-growth experience is an asset
