Lead Google product training at Teleperformance’s Toronto office, using product knowledge and sales training expertise in a 100% onsite setting.
As Sales Training Manager, you will manage Trainers and deliver internal training on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. You will translate product knowledge into sales narratives for clients and agencies. The position reports to the Training Director and is regular, full-time.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and direct Trainers supporting onboarding and personnel development
Design training modules, lesson plans, and instructional materials
Implement testing strategies validating employee proficiency and skills
Lead Learning Management Software deployment for self-directed learning
Engage client stakeholders and translate expectations into curriculum insights
Requirements: College diploma or degree
Outstanding Google product knowledge
Robust business and training acumen
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel
Bring Google product expertise, sales narratives, and training leadership to Teleperformance’s Toronto-based team.
