Engaged Training Solutions seeks a knowledgeable Health and Safety Trainer for customers across varied industries. You will apply adult learning principles, answer participant questions, and support workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and safe equipment operation. Training occurs at Stoney Creek Training Centre and customer locations.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver consistent classroom and in office training programs
Conduct training needs analyses across course levels
Perform practical equipment and safety course evaluations




Modify course content and provide internal feedback
Complete training, delivery, and expense documentation
Requirements: At least two years providing employee training
Knowledge of OHSA, CSA, ESA, and ANSI regulations
Experience operating cranes, forklifts, or aerial platforms
Strong presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
Bring regulatory knowledge, practical equipment experience, and clear communication to Health and Safety Trainer work across Ontario.
