Flex Academy, a division of HCOS, seeks a Grade 1 Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position emphasizes individualized education within a adaptable model, supporting academic, spiritual, and social-emotional growth with digital curriculum.
The Foundations Teacher will plan, teach, assess, and report, collaborate with departments, plan field trips, and maintain daily communication with families and staff, upholding Biblical attributes in a startup environment.
