As a Senior Business Immigration Analyst, you will develop knowledge of immigration case types and client processes. You will prepare and file petitions with government agencies while communicating case information clearly. The work also includes data reporting, deadline management, and compliance with documented firm standards.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and review documents for immigration case preparation
Draft and file petitions with government agencies
Communicate case status with foreign nationals and clients
Meet Service Level Agreement deadlines and escalate issues




Compile case data for client and team reporting
Requirements: At least two years of business immigration experience
Bachelor’s, Associate’s degree, or paralegal certification
Ability to prioritize deadlines and elevate case issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer systems
