You will follow BCCNM qualified standards and ethics while working collaboratively with an interprofessional team. Your practice will draw on nursing science and related sciences and humanities.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients with non-urgent to life-threatening health issues
Plan direct nursing care for emergency department clients
Provide compassionate patient and family centered care
Evaluate nursing care and patient responses
Collaborate with the interprofessional team
Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification
Practice according to BCCNM professional standards
Follow the BCCNM code of ethics
Apply nursing science in clinical practice
Work rotating days and nights
