This Real Estate Advisory Analyst supports the Investment Management Services team. You will develop knowledge of appraisal, appraisal review, appraisal management, and financial due diligence. The work includes market analysis, cash flow modeling, lease review, and valuation analysis for commercial real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities: Support acquisitions, asset management, and lending needs
Maintain and audit ARGUS Enterprise models
Research comparable sales, leases, rents, and market trends
Prepare cash flow models and appraisal reports
Review valuations, leases, covenants, and financial assumptions
Requirements: Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
Previous commercial real estate experience or internship preferred
Working knowledge of Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
Exposure to business writing
Proactive communication and independent or team-based work experience
Apply Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and commercial real estate analysis skills as an Advisory Analyst supporting Altus Group clients.
