Based in Cabico’s high-technology manufacturing workplace, the Product Specialist collaborates with Product Development, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Support. The position focuses on product innovation, continuous improvement, technical feasibility, and product support. Candidates bring industrial or mechanical engineering training, industrial design education, or relevant cabinetry, woodworking, or furniture experience. Bilingual French and English communication is required.
Key Responsibilities: Identify innovative products and solutions to technical challenges
Coordinate concept testing and support prototype development
Provide technical information for specifications,



drawings, and programming
Improve manufacturability, quality, costs, and production efficiency
Provide technical product support to internal departments
Requirements: Diploma, degree, or five to ten years’ relevant experience
Knowledge of woodworking and cabinetry manufacturing is an asset
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, methodical, and collaborative approach
