As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will support recruitment across diverse business functions. You will manage processes from intake through hire, advise hiring managers, and deliver respectful candidate experiences. The work includes sourcing, assessment, recruitment data, and emerging technology.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through pre-employment activities
Translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
Build pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach
Conduct screens, structured interviews,



and candidate assessments
Maintain accurate applicant tracking system information
Requirements: Minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Experience engaging active and passive candidates
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
English/French bilingualism and Canadian work eligibility required
