As a Route Service Representative in Cintas’s Rental Division, you will represent the company directly with customers. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products. The work combines driving, physical service, sales, inventory control, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities: Manage established routes and service existing customer accounts
Build rapport with key customer decision makers
Resolve concerns and maintain quality service standards




Upsell and cross-sell products and services
Negotiate renewals and control inventory safely
Requirements: Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license before employment
Meet provincial regulated vehicle driving requirements
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Solid customer service orientation and self-motivation
Use route driving, account service, and sales skills to represent Cintas and expand customer relationships professionally.
