As a Business Analyst within Global Client Experience, you will support strategic growth and performance objectives. You will transform campaign results and business data into recommendations for business decisions. Your work will span customer journeys, growth initiatives, personalization, cross-selling, and Growth Hub capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Produce performance analyses for campaigns and customer journeys
Identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and campaign success factors
Develop dashboards, indicators, and tracking mechanisms
Prepare summaries and presentations for governance committees
