Analyze supply chain data at Profound Medical as a Co-op Student, improving ERP accuracy, inventory records, and operational processes. Work within a manufacturing setting.

This student role supports the Operations team alongside Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and suppliers. You will investigate data issues, strengthen material availability, and contribute to supply chain performance. The work emphasizes ERP management, analytics, procurement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleanse, validate, standardize, and maintain ERP master data
- Review item records, suppliers, planning parameters, and BOM data
- Investigate shortages, discrepancies, and recurring data-quality issues
- Develop Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and corrective-action monitoring




- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve transaction accuracy and data ownership

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, supply chain, or analytics discipline
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and cleansing
- Comfort working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
