Walmart Logistics seeks an Asset Protection Team Leader to oversee Asset Protection activities continuously across a 24/7 operation. This role leads Site Associates through positive communication, coaching, and engagement. It also supports investigations, emergency response, training, scheduling, and Total Loss initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Asset Protection activities across 24/7 operations
Inspect workplaces for safety, physical security, and associate security
Investigate and document theft, damage, breaches, and shrink




Supervise emergency response procedures and equipment testing records
Schedule personnel while monitoring timekeeping and attendance
Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to lead Site Associates through positive communication
Ability to support Asset Protection policies and procedures
Ability to investigate incidents and prepare reports
Ability to work with operational departments on secure practices
