Lead full-cycle recruitment with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday on OMERS and Oxford’s Toronto-based Talent Acquisition team. Support high-volume and specialized hiring across corporate functions.
As an Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will support Pension Member Services and Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services. The flexible hybrid guideline requires four office days weekly. Your work spans sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communications.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Member Services roles
Partner with hiring managers throughout recruitment and onboarding
Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed




Assess candidates through interviews and screening processes
Maintain recruitment records in Workday and Phenom
Requirements: Two or more years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience
Knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques
Experience supporting diverse role types and levels
Ability to build effective hiring manager relationships
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bring full-cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, and talent sourcing expertise to OMERS and Oxford’s Toronto team.
