As SEO Manager, Senior Living, you lead search for senior living operators and home care agencies with multiple communities. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this full time role focuses only on search. You will guide technical roadmaps, keyword strategy, reporting, and client decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical SEO across crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities
Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Deliver GA4, Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps
Requirements: Bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Use Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
Manage several agency clients simultaneously
Communicate clearly with United States clients on live calls
Senior living or similar multi-location SEO experience strongly preferred
Apply technical SEO, AI search, and client strategy expertise to senior living accounts at Blacksmith Agency.
