Operate dozers, graders, and excavators at BW Gold’s Blackwater Mine near Prince George, British Columbia, on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.
As an Equipment Operator 3, you will operate heavy mining equipment in a mining setting. The work includes inspections, routine maintenance checks, haul-road upkeep, loading areas, and dumps. You will communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and maintenance teams while supporting safe production and mentoring less experienced operators.
Key Responsibilities: Operate dozers, graders, excavators, and other heavy mining equipment
Complete pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks
Maintain haul roads, dumps, and loading areas
Participate in safety meetings and hazard identification




Report equipment issues and recommend operational improvements
Requirements: Competency operating at least three heavy equipment types
Experience operating equipment in a mining environment
Experience with MineStar GPS or similar systems
Valid driver’s license and safety protocol knowledge
Ability to climb equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
Bring heavy equipment expertise, safety awareness, and strong communication to Blackwater Mine operations as an Equipment Operator 3.
