Support wealth management operations at North Road Investment Counsel through accurate account administration, reconciliation, reporting, and technology-enabled workflows. Work in a critical mid-office and back-office capacity.
This Analyst position supports advisors, portfolio managers, and corporate teams within an independent Canadian wealth management firm. You will maintain records, coordinate documentation, monitor data, and assist client onboarding, transfers, reporting, and account service workflows. Process improvement and technology initiatives are also central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain client records across CRM, portfolio, reporting, and electronic systems
Monitor and reconcile account and portfolio data
Support onboarding, account openings, transfers, and maintenance
Coordinate documentation, digital workflows,



and electronic signatures
Assist reporting, cash movements, fees, and year-end activities
Requirements: One to five years of Canadian mid-office or back-office experience
Experience with account administration, reconciliation, reporting, or client workflows
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Apply operational accuracy, investment knowledge, Excel proficiency, and process improvement skills to support North Road’s advisory teams.
