Deliver compassionate nursing care at Bradley Complex in Grimsby, using assessment skills and evidence-based practice. This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract.
As a qualified Staff Nurse, RMN or RNLD, you will support adults with learning disability and autism needs. You will work within Elysium Healthcare’s multidisciplinary Learning Disability and Autism service. The post suits an experienced nurse from the NHS or UK private sector who has completed a Preceptorship with evidence.
Key Responsibilities: Provide effective, high-quality, compassionate nursing care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate service user care
Mentor and support team members
Observe, record, and report service user changes
Maintain accurate care records
Requirements: Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
Completed Preceptorship with supporting evidence
Experience as an NHS or UK private-sector nurse
Robust teamwork, motivation, flexibility, and compassion
Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality care
