Lead high-volume manufacturing operations as a Production Supervisor, using production metrics and hands-on leadership to achieve quality and safety standards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee production teams across multiple manufacturing lines. Coordinate staffing, schedules, machine assignments, and shift communication while supporting customer delivery commitments. Corrugated packaging and converting experience is a significant asset.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production activities across multiple manufacturing lines
Monitor output, downtime, waste, labour hours, and schedule attainment
Investigate variances and implement corrective actions
Coach operators and Lead Hands through feedback and training
Enforce PPE, housekeeping,



incident reporting, and safety requirements
Requirements: Three to five years of progressive production leadership experience
High-volume manufacturing supervision experience
Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
Ability to interpret production KPIs and address performance gaps
Proficiency with reporting systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
Apply production leadership, KPI analysis, employee coaching, and safety knowledge across demanding manufacturing operations.
