You will balance strategy and execution across attraction and selection programs, workforce data, labour market intelligence, and recruitment events. Requirements: University degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field
Minimum five years’ talent acquisition or related HR experience
Minimum two years’ people leadership experience
Experience leading recruitment programs and analyzing workforce data
Fluent written and spoken English and French required
