You will own full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics, and Physical AI. Partner with hiring managers and Talent & People leaders to build specialized pipelines. Use AI agents, original research, and market intelligence to source exceptional candidates and advise the business. Build recruiting systems and workflows for scale.

Maintain hiring standards and candidate experience
Requirements: Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies
Experience recruiting Engineering, Research, Robotics, or Machine Learning talent
Strong experience building AI agents, automations, and workflows
High-volume recruiting experience for hard-to-fill startup roles
Solid sourcing, influence, and technical candidate engagement skills
