Coordinate refrigerated freight in Calgary using route planning, driver scheduling, and transportation management systems. This full-time position is in office with Action Force Transport.
The Dispatcher coordinates daily transportation activities for temperature-controlled LTL and FTL shipments. You will monitor trucks, update ETAs, manage delivery changes, and communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams. The role supports compliant, on-time service through accurate documentation and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Plan routes for temperature-controlled LTL and FTL shipments
Schedule drivers and assign transportation loads
Monitor truck locations and update delivery ETAs
Resolve service issues and manage schedule changes




Support safety protocols and equipment utilization
Requirements: At least two years dispatching or transportation operations experience
Experience with refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight preferred
Proficiency with dispatch, routing, or transportation management software
Experience with Trimble TruckMate and asset
Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations and road networks
Bring dispatch experience, customer communication, and organized decision-making to Action Force Transport’s Calgary transportation operations.
