Coordinate software release trains through Agile planning, risk management, and cross-team execution support. This role supports multiple teams across shared products and features.
The Release Train Engineer provides program management support across multiple software projects. You will coordinate teams from a product standpoint, facilitate release planning, and support the scrum of scrums. The work also includes managing risks, resolving impediments, and escalating issues when needed. Success requires strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile development, and testing. Secure Agile knowledge is preferred for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate teams working on shared release products and features
Help teams plan and execute as one release train




Identify and manage risks across release activities
Facilitate release planning meetings and support scrum of scrums
Resolve and escalate impediments affecting delivery
Requirements: 5+ years supporting multiple software projects in IT roles
5+ years of Program Management or RTE experience
In-depth software development lifecycle knowledge
Knowledge of Agile development and testing
Familiarity with SharePoint, S4 HANA, and Azure Dev Ops
Apply your release coordination, Agile lifecycle, and program management experience to support integrated software delivery.
