This Specialist, Program / Project Control supports new aircraft programs within Bombardier Aerospace Canada. The work combines manufacturing strategy, design for manufacturing, Product Development, and cross-site process standards. You will review manufacturing innovation trends and help integrate requirements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Support manufacturing strategy development for new programs
Build design for manufacturing processes within Product Development
Define requirements and support adherence processes
Review manufacturing innovation trends and recommend strategic actions




Refine Manufacturing Engineering process standards across Bombardier sites
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in aerospace manufacturing or industrial engineering
At least 15 years’ aerospace manufacturing experience
At least five years’ project management experience delivering results
Product Development experience and aircraft development phase knowledge
Communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
Apply aerospace manufacturing, project management, and stakeholder leadership expertise to strengthen Bombardier aircraft program execution and standards.
