As Manager, Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance, you will report to the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance. You will transform traditional GRC capabilities into a technically oriented security risk advisory practice, strengthen collaboration across Technology and Cyber teams, and guide operating-model evolution. The role requires cybersecurity leadership, remediation assessment, and governance expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cybersecurity professionals across technical risk advisory and security governance
Transform GRC capabilities, standards, policies, and guidelines
Define operating models, roles, processes, and engagement approaches




Evaluate remediation using threat profiles, audits, incidents, and assurance findings
Present metrics, risks, remediation progress, and insights to senior management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Ten years’ information technology or cybersecurity experience
Three years managing technical or cybersecurity teams
Knowledge of NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, or equivalent
Working knowledge of OSFI B-13, OSC 52-109, and SOX
Apply cybersecurity leadership, risk advisory, governance, and remediation expertise to Intact’s evolving security practices and capabilities.
