As Director, PLA Program & Manufacturer Partnerships, you will report to the Assistant Vice-President, Pharmaceutical Benefits & Innovation. You will lead Product Listing Agreements, pharmaceutical partnership strategies, and initiatives supporting Group Benefits drug plan competitiveness. The role requires expertise in reimbursement, market access, and pharmacoeconomic analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Develop drug plan management and sustainability strategies
Oversee Product Listing Agreement development and performance
Lead pharmaceutical manufacturer negotiations and relationships




Translate market insights into strategic recommendations
Coach teams and align cross-functional working groups
Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Seven-plus years in pharmaceutical market access or insurance
Two to three years leading cross-functional initiatives
Expertise in reimbursement, policy, and value propositions
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
