You will sell to multifamily owners, property management groups, regional operators, and marketing leaders. This individual contributor position centers on large, multi-location accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes for large deals
Sell strategic accounts covering multifamily portfolios with many locations
Manage sales cycles lasting three to twelve months




Expand signed groups across additional locations and services
Build proposals with strategists and leadership
Requirements: Record of closing $1M+ annually on enterprise accounts
Experience selling to multifamily or multi-location buyers
Experience managing consultative cycles with multiple decision makers
Comfort carrying a $2M annual quota
