Canadian Solar seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner supporting its growing e-Storage business. You will advise business leaders while delivering core HR processes, employee relations support, and workforce planning. The role combines strategic partnership with day-to-day execution across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Align HR strategies with business objectives alongside senior leaders
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Execute onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding processes
Lead employee relations concerns with consistent documentation




Use Workday for transactions, reporting, and analytics
Requirements: Experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments
Robust working knowledge of Workday transactions, reporting, and data management
Understanding of Canadian and United States employment practices
Ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally
Strategic and tactical operating capability with strong organization
Bring Workday expertise, employee relations judgment, and strategic partnership skills to Canadian Solar’s North American e-Storage business.
