This manager coordinates Scrum delivery across Agile PODs, development teams, QA teams, and vendor partners. The work supports sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and dependency management. Technical leadership connects architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily delivery across Agile PODs and technology teams
Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Coordinate development and QA execution through release readiness
Manage risks, blockers, defects, dependencies,



and environments
Align internal teams and vendors on ownership and priorities
Requirements: Experience leading Scrum and Agile delivery activities
Ability to coordinate development and QA teams
Experience managing complex multi-vendor delivery environments
Ability to work with architects, developers, and QA leads
Ability to align Product Owners and business stakeholders
Lead technical delivery, Scrum execution, vendor coordination, and release readiness for complex initiatives in Downtown Toronto.
