This experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner manages technical and corporate searches while advising hiring managers and regional leadership. The role requires direct requisition ownership, proactive sourcing, structured intake meetings, and solid candidate communication. You will support hiring across established and emerging markets while maintaining accurate Rippling records.
Key Responsibilities: Own recruiting delivery from intake through offer acceptance
Manage technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership searches
Lead interviews, feedback loops, candidate communications, and offers
Advise hiring managers on timelines, markets,



and pipeline risks
Maintain accurate, compliant records in Rippling
Requirements: Four or more years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
Independent management of multiple concurrent searches
Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Familiarity with United States hiring practices and market nuances
Hybrid availability three days weekly and occasional travel
Bring autonomous recruiting delivery, hiring-manager partnership, market expertise, and Rippling accuracy to global talent acquisition.
