As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will create agents supporting specification, implementation, testing, deployment, release, and post-deployment workflows. You will shape RBC’s spec-driven, agent-assisted software delivery methodology across the bank. The work spans custom skills, managed platforms, and native agent frameworks, selecting suitable substrates for each use case.
Key Responsibilities: Design agents across the full software delivery lifecycle
Build custom skills, tools, and MCP servers
Implement SpecKit-style specification-driven development workflows




Enforce AI-DLC gates through machine-checked controls
Partner with DevOps, security, and platform teams
Requirements: Experience wiring Claude Code into personal workflows
Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
Understanding of managed agent platforms such as Devin
Ability to evaluate agentic AI platforms and patterns
Interest in scaling reusable development capabilities
Apply platform engineering skills across agents, MCP servers, spec-driven workflows, and AI-enabled software delivery at RBC.
