This full-time, permanent Director role leads research and development and technical services. You will guide formulation projects, reverse-engineering, cost reduction, sustainability advancement, and manufacturing support. Collaboration spans production, quality assurance, business development, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Advance laboratory projects from concept through commercialization
Formulate liquid products across care and cleaning categories
Execute cost-saving redesigns without sacrificing quality
Support manufacturing scale-up, quality, and regulatory standards




Present technical information to stakeholders and clients
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related scientific discipline
Five to eight plus years of formulation experience
Knowledge of surfactants, liquid blending, and performance testing
Experience with reverse engineering and laboratory project leadership
Solid written and oral communication skills
Shape sustainable product development through chemical formulation leadership, technical guidance, and cost-effective innovation across multiple markets.
