Suggest process changes and system modifications to improve efficiency
Develop training and maintain department procedures and documentation
Requirements: Four-year degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
Five-plus years of securities, banking, technology, or related experience
Two-plus years managing and leading a team
Advanced problem identification, analytical, and resolution skills
Experience leading teams through change and transition
