At Cognizant Consulting, you will support Fortune 500 insurers through roadmap, business case, solution design, and development readiness. The Senior Consulting Manager will work within the Insurance Practice, collaborating with executives, clients, project stakeholders, and internal consulting teams. Your focus includes claims operations, applied AI, Guidewire Claims Centre, and trusted relationship building.
Key Responsibilities: Lead P&C; claims transformation across the complete claims lifecycle
Analyze emerging technology applicability and create business cases
Prioritize initiatives with executives and drive technology delivery outcomes
Manage consulting projects, engagement economics,
governance, and communication
Lead business development, RFI/RFP responses, and thought leadership
Requirements: 12+ years in P&C; insurance, including Personal Lines experience
Solid claims operations, claims technology, and applied AI knowledge
3+ years leading teams and managing client engagements
Hands-on Guidewire Claims Centre experience
Bachelor’s degree and authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
