You will contribute to design, funding, measurement, and financial analysis while developing actuarial, analytics, negotiation, and communication skills. Client teams and Global Delivery Centers rely on accurate deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Develop financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables
Support claim reporting and financial modeling
Assist benefit plan funding and budget projections
Analyze proposals and support carrier negotiations
Manage placement deliverables and deadlines
Requirements: One or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of benefit products, underwriting, and funding concepts
Experience with traditional and flexible benefit programs
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Apply financial modeling, benefits knowledge, and analytical thinking to support WTW clients and employer benefit program decisions.
