As Director of Engineering, Analytics, you will lead managers and engineers building models and pipelines from satellite imagery. You will scale analytics for Global Monitoring Service and Maritime Domain Awareness across classified and unclassified environments. The work includes staffing, delivery, operating models, and foundation-model transition.
Key Responsibilities: Build staffing plans and recruit engineering talent
Manage performance and develop organizational bench depth
Own analytics interfaces with GMS and MDA teams
Define classified and unclassified development strategies




Plan pipeline costs and ten-times capacity growth
Requirements: Eight-plus years in software or machine learning engineering
Six-plus years leading engineering teams and managers
Production experience with computer vision or geospatial analytics
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
US person status and clearance eligibility required
