You will address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs through meaningful therapeutic relationships. New graduates with acute care or rehabilitation clinical placements are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments
Formulate goals and recommendations
Plan client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
Implement individualized treatment programs
Complete discharge planning
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program
Member in valuable standing with Ontario’s physiotherapy college
Experience managing patients in acute or rehabilitation environments
Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to adapt to new computer applications
