As Head of Client Solutions & Product Development, you will serve on the Insurance Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer of CIBC Life Insurance, you will guide product innovation, sustainability, partnerships, and strategic priorities. Your work will support a competitive suite across life, living benefits, and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities: Build a client-centric, digital-first product pipeline and roadmap
Advance scalable partnerships supporting the wellness ecosystem
Create inclusive insurance solutions for underserved client segments
Lead financial projections, sensitivity analyses, and variance reporting
Monitor insurance trends,



competitors, and emerging product innovation
Requirements: Deep insurance experience in marketing, underwriting, product development, or pricing
Understanding of life, living benefits, and health insurance lifecycles
Experience with digital and hybrid insurance distribution models
Solid executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain initiative momentum
Shape CIBC insurance strategy through product leadership, inclusive innovation, partnerships, and disciplined financial planning in Toronto.
