As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee customer experience while applying the Jayman Way and coordinating departments. The position requires construction-process understanding, communication, leadership, and mentoring. You will help deliver Jayman’s customer-centric process and systems through premium franchises, show homes, and sales centres.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a premium Jayman franchise
Meet or exceed assigned sales budgets
Own the customer experience for every buyer
Coordinate departments to deliver the Jayman process
Communicate ideas and feedback improving the Jayman brand
Requirements: Three to five years of sales experience
Explicit understanding of the construction process
Ability to master the Jayman Way
Leadership and mentoring capability
Desire to continuously grow
