This manager-level position leads an electronics-focused team supporting next-generation space hardware. You will build people, processes, infrastructure, and cross-functional operations spanning verification, reliability, test data, and future mechanical and environmental capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead hardware test subsystems, infrastructure, procedures, fixtures, automation, dashboards, and evidence packages
Oversee prototype bring-up, validation, qualification, acceptance, production, and reliability testing
Guide technical decisions, coach engineers, and address critical execution risks
Align systems, electrical, RF, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and program teams




Shape scalable test processes, automation, data systems, facilities, and capability roadmaps
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
5+ years in hardware testing, validation, production test, or related engineering
Experience leading engineers, technical projects, team leads, or managers
Technical depth with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and automated test systems
Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, Bash, C, or C++
