You’ll handle liability issues, negotiate settlements, and drive down costs while ensuring fair compensation. The role includes mentoring staff and contributing to a quality review program and training scheme.
You’ll work closely with underwriting, pricing, reinsurers and panel solicitors in a small, technical team that values ownership and growth opportunities.
