As Director, Strategy & Transformation, you will strengthen Canada Segment capabilities across portfolio management, program governance, strategic planning, and executive communication. You will assess investments, challenge business cases, and translate complex information into recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, investment planning, and delivery oversight
Build transformation and broader PMO management capabilities
Partner with Finance and leaders on multi-year portfolio planning
Provide insights, recommendations,

Surface risks, dependencies, and accountability across functions
Requirements: 10+ years in transformation, portfolio management, strategy, or governance
Solid executive communication and presentation skills
Business judgment for assessing cases, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Ability to create executive-ready insights and recommendations
Exceptional influencing skills; bilingual English and French is an asset
