As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead building and community infrastructure projects for clients. You will advise on design, construction, and operations while managing delivery teams, relationships, financial performance, and contracts. The position supports meaningful infrastructure improvements across Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities: Represent client interests and achieve strategic project outcomes
Lead multiple project delivery teams through successful execution
Report project status using progress reports and meeting minutes
Monitor financial performance, forecasting, revenue, and resources
Champion Health & Safety standards and quality systems
Requirements: Degree or diploma in engineering, business, commerce, finance, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years delivering capital projects in Indigenous communities
Capital planning exposure for infrastructure development
Knowledge of delivery models, contracts, construction, and financial management
Advanced PMIS and MS Project scheduling knowledge
