This permanent, full-time Site Superintendent role supports ICI and multi-family construction projects. You will oversee ground-up and renovation work while coordinating with project management teams. The position requires robust knowledge of the BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities across active project sites
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance
Conduct inspections and quality control checks
Manage logistics, deliveries, and equipment scheduling
Requirements: Five-plus years as a Site Superintendent
ICI or multi-family construction project experience
Knowledge of BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC regulations
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
